Verona, the production area of ​​this wine, is known throughout the world as the city of Love. This name was given to it thanks to the English writer William Shakespeare, who borrowed and brought to world fame the original story written by Luigi Da Porto, knight of the Serenissima. The story tells of two boys who, in love with each other, exchange words of love.

L’Amante is the result of a research process that led to the creation of this unique product that combines two techniques typical of the great red wines of Verona, „Appassimento“ and „Ripasso“, revisited and improved only thanks to experience gained over all these years which makes this process exclusive to Ca’ del Sette.

Veronese IGT red wine, obtained from an exclusive Ca’ del Sette harvest experience, based on the late harvest of the grapes left to dry slightly in the vineyard.

The wine is with intense ruby ​​red color with violet reflections. Characterized by strong notes of vanilla and red fruits, coffee and liquorice, with an aftertaste of cherry, chocolate and cocoa. With a full and balanced flavour; body and intensity are enhanced.

Excellent with autumn and winter foods such as braised meats, stews, roasts and game. It also pairs well with simpler products such as cured meats and cheeses. Even drunk alone, it is a worthy finale to an evening meal or the companion of a pleasant meditation, perhaps accompanied with flaked chocolate.
